B&P has provided first class legal services to national and international clients in the implementation of Law Number 5 of 1999 concerning Prohibition of Monopoly and Unfair Business Practices (LawNo.5/1999) including legal proceedings in the Commission for the Supervision of BusinessCompetition (KPPU) as well as subsequent objection and cassation proceedings at the District Court and Supreme Court.
