Anderonikus A.S. Janis
Joined Bundjamin & Partners in 2000 Mr. Janis was responsible for the corporate commercial, finance, capital market, and arbitration practices of the firm. Having worked for three other firms prior to joining Bundjamin & Partners, Mr. Janis had dealt with various works of capital market, corporate and commercial litigation, and arbitration practices.
From 2010 to 2014 Mr. Janis joined other major firm in Jakarta which is a member of regional association of law firms that focus in ASEAN countries, where he was the head of the firm’s Dispute Settlement division. While kept on actively providing corporate, labor, and litigation advisory and assistances to various foreign investors doing business in Indonesia, Mr. Janis emphasized his focus in arbitration cases in Badan Arbitrase Nasional Indonesia and Singapore International Arbitration Centre, either as the counsel to applicant, counsel to respondent, or expert witness in Indonesian contract law.
In 2015 Mr. Janis returned to Bundjamin & Partners to extend the services provided by the firm to our clients.

Professional Activities: Member of the Indonesian Advocate Association (PERADI);.
Mr. Janis is the Partner in charge of corporate and commercial litigation, arbitration, and labor practices of the firm.
