Mr. Pandjaitan is a senior advocate in the law firm Bundjamin & Partners specializing in representing clients in civil law, commercial litigation,  administrative matters in various stages of legal proceedings, including applications for annulling anti-dumping measures before the administrative courts, defending clients in competition issues before KPPU, district courts and/or commercial court to supreme court, intellectual property, and labor issues.

He previously worked for other major firm where he was in charge of assisting and providing legal advice for clients in the area of industrial relations, intellectual property, consumer protection issues, family disputes, land and property, and in legal due diligence process of the initial public offering of the firm’s major clients.

Mr. Pandjaitan is the firm’s Managing Partner in charge of Intellectual Property and Labor law. He is IP Consultant registered with the Ministry of Law and Human Rights (Registration Number 1010-2020).

Language Skills: English and Indonesian (native).

Practice Focus: Litigation (Civil and Criminal Case), Intellectual Property, Labor Dispute Settlement, anti- monopoly and business competition issues.
